The location is very easy, and staff is amicable! Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We dined out at nasi lemak ong, set walking distance from the hotel. Also, free WiFi was provided. This venue is equal to 3 stars.

Great location & friendly staff
The hotel had an excellent location, close to all the main shops, and within easy reach of great food. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel provided extra towels for the pool, which was a nice touch.
This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The decor was dated and run down, and the rooms smelled musty.

The hotel location was great, it was in the middle of the city and easy to access shopping areas and restaurants. the room itself was comfortable with plenty of space, and the air conditioning worked well. Plus, having access to an iron in the room was handy.
Our room had some significant issues. the furniture was outdated, and the bed sheets were old.
